What once was a humble stable has now been reimagined and renovated as a cosy living space that perfectly combines functionality and style. Throughout this project, our team of skilled builders worked diligently to bring our client’s vision to life while preserving the charm of the original structure.
The first step involved a careful demolition of internal walls, creating a canvas for a spacious and interconnected layout. This open-concept design allowed for seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen area, enhancing the apartment’s sense of airiness and functionality.
Ensuring year-round comfort was of utmost importance. We installed high-quality doors, windows and insulated slabs. The result is an interior that welcomes natural light while maintaining energy efficiency, especially throughout the cold winter months.
The project’s full rewire and plumbing upgrades were executed with precision, guaranteeing a safe and seamless living experience for our client. As we overcame the challenges of this unique project, we kept our client informed every step of the way.
